CAST 2010
Science in the City
Click Here to Submit Your Proposal. The Deadline is April 16.
Join us as we celebrate Science in the City in Houston, Texas November 11-13 at the George R. Brown Convention Center!
The Conference for the Advancement of Science Teaching, hosted by the Science Teachers Association of Texas, has been largely regarded as the best place in Texas to share ideas and best practices. We invite all science teachers, administrators, policymakers, and those who just plain love science to join the excitement.
This year’s conference offers over 500 TEKS-aligned sessions for continuing education credit all under one roof. We are also proud to announce our keynote speaker, Dr. Robert Ballard.
Please continue to check the CAST website as new developments will be posted each week.
Details about registration fees can be found on the Register page, we encourage you to book your hotel room through our online housing system on the Housing page (online housing will be available soon!) and check out the Program page to see the latest information on what CAST can bring to you and science teachers in your district!
