CAST 2016 Registration Terms & Conditions
I. Payment Schedule
We do not accept purchase orders as a form of payment.
Please note that registration for CAST 2016 is on a payment schedule, meaning that there are two different payment prices in order to give early registrants the benefit of receiving a discount.
Early Bird Registration (August 15 - October 14: $135) Please note: you must pay the registration fees due in full via check or credit card before or on October 14, 2016 deadline in order to receive the discount AND your free additional field trip or reception. Purchase orders will not be accepted.
Regular Registration (October 15 - November 12: $185) All outstanding balances must be paid by November 10, 2016 to attend the conference. Purchase orders will not be accepted.

II. Cancellation, Changes, Substitutions and Refund Policy
Cancellations for conference registration will be accepted until November 1, 2016 but are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. No requests unless those sent directly through the event registration Change Request Form or Cancellation Form will be honored.
After November 1, 2016, we will not accept cancellations for the conference or any optional sessions. All registrants who fail to cancel before this deadline will be required to pay for the full registration cost they committed to, as well as any additional items they may have purchased. Registrants who do not pay their balance will not be eligible to attend future CAST conferences.
Change Session or Substitute Registrant Requests. If you wish to add or remove an option session from your registration please submit a formal change request via the online Change Request Form.
