Number
of Contacts: For a pre-CAST mailing list, the number
of names will depend on the date the list is requested. The closer in time to CAST, the greater
the number of people who will have registered. In a typical year, CAST pre-registration will be 5,000 -5,500. Post-registration
numbers depend on attendance but typically will be 5,500 – 6,000.
Information
Included: The name of the attendee, mailing
address, and email address.
Format: The contact information will be supplied as Excel spreadsheet data, attached to an email sent to the person you designate.
