CAST Registration is OPEN, with hundreds of optional short courses, field trips, and social events to choose from!

If you registered before August 15 and would like to add extra courses, use your existing confirmation number and visit the Registration Login Page, entering your email address, and clicking the "Confirmation Number" link.

Please familiarize yourself with these documents. Failure to read them will not exempt you from the Terms & Conditions.

CAST 2011 Registration Prices

Extra-Early Bird Registration (May 1st - July 15th): $115 Please note: you must pay the registration fee in full via check or credit card before or on the July 15th deadline in order to receive the discount.

Early Bird Registration (August 15- September 30): $115  Please note: you must pay the registration fee in full via check or credit card before or on the September 30 deadline in order to receive the discount.

Advance Registration (October 1 – October 31): $145  Please note: you must pay the registration rate in full via check or credit card before the October 31 deadline in order to receive the discount.

Regular Registration (November 1 - November 17): $160 All outstanding balances must be paid by November 17, 2011

Administrators and Policymakers Institute (Thursday only): $95

Family Member (with purchase of any full price registration): $45

Saturday Only: $50

Student: $25
 

Sending Payment

• Please make Checks payable to: STAT
• Please mail all checks to: Science Teachers Association of Texas, 5750 Balcones Dr., Suite 201, Austin, TX 78731.  We cannot guarantee receipt of payments sent to any other address.
• Please include all names of teachers for which your check is paying.
• You may fax or email the names of teachers connected to your check.  Our fax number is 512-873-7423.* Email all registration questions to registration@statweb.org.

REFUNDS:

Cancelations for conference registration will be accepted until November 1, 2011, but are subject to a $25 cancelation fee. All optional sessions (short courses and field trips) canceled by November 1  will be refunded in full.  A $25 fee will also be charged for insufficient fund checks and disputing valid credit card charges. Refunds of $25 or less will not be processed.

After November 1, 2011, we will not accept cancelations for the conference or any optional sessions.  All registrants who fail to cancel before this deadline will be required to pay for the full registration cost they committed to, as well as any additional items they may have purchased. Registrants who do not pay their balance will not be eligible to attend future CAST conferences.
