Presiders Needed at CAST 2006 in Wichita Falls!
~ Submit your contact information and presider preferences Online! ~

Every session at CAST needs a presider. The role of a presider includes introducing the presenter and may also include activities such as monitoring attendance for ticketed sessions, helping distribute materials/handouts and making sure the room is ready. You may pick the day and whether you want to preside at morning or afternoon sessions.

The advantages of being a presider include:

  • Guaranteed admission to the session
  • The opportunity to meet and get to know some awesome presenters
  • Guarenteed copies of the handouts and free materials for the session
  • A letter to your designated supervisor acknowledging your PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT contribution
  • Designation as a presenter/presider on your CAST name badge
  • The knowledge that you helped make CAST 2006 a memorable experience for thousands of teachers
